Pat moved to Northumberland following his retirement as Finance Director & Board Secretary of the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board - a government body responsible for supporting the training of engineers. He was a Councillor for over 8 years, and for 10 years, a Board Member and latterly chair of Hightown Praetorian & Churches Housing Association which has over 2,500 homes and care homes in the south-east of England. Pat is also Treasurer of a national childcare charity.He is very keen to see that people have high quality homes to live in.
