Ron Watt
Ron has lived in Heddon for the last 5 years and (prior to transfer) joined the Tenants Association because of his commitment to ensuring that tenants receive the best services. He was a founder Board Member of the Association.
A former member of the RAF and later a Police Officer, he has considerable experience of working with the public. He was for many years Manager for the MEA Trust in Newcastle, liaising with tenants and visitors to the various charities, and was responsible for the security of the building which often entailed working with the police and SIB when Royal Patrons visited.
He is currently National Chairman of the Suez Veterans Association.
