Community Involvement some residents at conference

Welcome to the community involvement section of Castle Morpeth Housing's website.

We have a dedicated community involvement officer who works with tenants from across the Borough to involve them in the work of Castle Morpeth Housing in a variety of ways. If you are a tenant and would like to get in touch to find out more about getting involved please telephone customer services on 0845 117 0020 or email info@castlemorpethhousing.co.uk.

Why get involved? tenants conference 2009

Getting involved is a great way of having your say on the services we provide to our tenants, finding out more about the work we do and helping to improve the way we work. It is also a good way of meeting local people, making friends and can also be good fun. We are keen to make sure that anyone who is interesting in getting involved is able to do so, therefore, we can help arrange transport, cover travelling expenses and childcare costs (for a registered childminder).

How can I get involved?

There are lots of different activities available throughout the year, no matter how much time you have to spare. Please choose a link from the top left of this page to find out more about the activities on offer or click on the "How to get involved" leaflet below for a quick look.

Tenant Involvement Agreement 2009

The Tenant Involvement Agreement is a written agreement between Castle Morpeth Housing and its tenants. The aim is to put benefit to tenants at the heart of everything we do, by working together to continually improve our services.

The document explains how we will encourage tenants to become involved at a level that suits them best. The agreement is a working document and will be regularly reviewed, developed and updated.
