Because we need you! You are important to how we deliver and develop our service.

We are committed to the genuine involvement of tenants in:

• shaping the day-to-day delivery of services
• the ongoing review of policies and strategies
• our governance
• the development of new homes and services
• regeneration

You all have different needs, which is why we need tenants across all communities and age ranges to get involved.

Can I be involved?

Yes! It's up to you how much time you want to give. You can be involved from your armchair at home or by attending meetings with other residents.
We have developed a whole range of interesting, exciting and rewarding ways that enable you to shape our services.

Tenant involvement agreement

This is a written agreement between Castle Morpeth Housing and its tenants. The aim is to put benefit to tenants at the heart of everything we do, by working together to continually improve our services.
The document explains how we will encourage tenants to become involved at a level that suits them best. The agreement is a working document and will be regularly reviewed, developed and updated.

It costs you nothing

We help our residents to be involved by paying out-of-pocket expenses such as:

• childcare
• transport
• mileage
