The way homes are to be let across Northumberland is changing and it's your chance to have your say on the plans.
Following on from the success of Blyth Valley Homefinder, the new Council for Northumberland which comes into operation on 1 April 2009, and the six local Councils and other Housing Association partners ( including Castle Morpeth Housing) are working together to implement the Northumberland Homefinder Scheme across the whole of Northumberland.
A new draft Common Allocation Policy has been produced which tells you how empty homes will be let in future.
A Summary of the Policyand important changes are available. This tells you how the scheme will work and what it will mean to you.
Your views are very important to us so please take time to read the policy and spend 10 minutes to complete the feedback form to tell us what you think. You will have until 30 November 2008 to give us your views.
If you have any questions please look at the Frequently Asked Questions in the summary.
