We aim to make paying the rent easy and convenient for all tenants by offering a number of optional payment methods including:
Swipe Card You can make cash or cheque payments at any Post Office using your Swipe Card. Direct Debit You can pay by Direct Debit monthly in advance on either the 1st or the 15th of each month. Complete your Direct Debit form and return it to Income Services Team.
Standing Order Request and then complete a Standing Order form and hand it in to your Bank.Cheque Cheque payments should be made payable to 'Castle Morpeth Housing'. Please state if you wish to receive a receipt.
Internet You can pay on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a debit card. Just click on our bills payment page and follow the easy to use instructions.
Post Office Giros - Quote our Girobank account number 6030327 and your own payment reference number. The Post Office will charge for this service.
