You said... We did...

Our residents' suggestions have helped us improve our services
in the following ways:

You said...We did...

You said you wanted to be able to report any incidents of anti-social behaviour out of office hours.

You can now report incidents of anti-social behaviour at any time on our website or by calling our out of hours telephone service on 01670 545194.
Residents at our sheltered schemes said that they wanted someone that they could contact when the Resident Wardens were not on duty.
We now provide all sheltered scheme residents with a number to call should they need any help or assistance when the Resident and Relief Wardens are not on duty.
You said you would like emails to be acknowledged on receipt so that you knew we had received them.
Our Customer Service Team now acknowledges all emails received from tenants within one working day.
You said the 0845 telephone number was costing you money to use when reporting repairs.
We introduced a Repairs Freephone Hotline number: 0800 923 1231.
You said you would prefer a Castle Morpeth Housing Residents Conference rather than a Groupwide Isos conference. We held Castle Morpeth Housing Residents Conference on 2 September 2009.
You said Decoration Packs, which are sent out to new residents so that they can decorate their new homes, were not suitable for properties that had undergone work as part of the Major Improvements Programme.
We now give tenants living in a property that has undergone work as part of the Major Improvements Programme a choice of either a Decoration Pack or Decoration Allowance.
You said that the letters we send out confirming the details of the repair you have reported were not clear or detailed enough.
We have changed these letters so that the information given is clear.
You said we should increase the size of the text used in the @ Home resident newsletter and also use recycled paper. We now use recycled and recyclable paper and have increased the size of the text.
