For convenience, we offer all tenants the opportunity to arrange morning or afternoon appointments for non-emergency repairs.
In the case of an emergency outside of office hours, please call 0845 117 0020 and your call will be redirected to our out of hours repairs service. All emergency repairs are attended to within 24 hours.
Our repairs service is provided by the Milecastle Housing team and for your added security and peace of mind all visiting Milecastle Housing staff wear appropriate uniforms and carry official identification with them during home visits.
