When you report a repair you will be sent through the post a repair acknowledgement that shows details of the repair you reported and the repair target date. The target date is decided by the type and seriousness of the problem.

Our repairs service is provided by the Milecastle Housing team and for your added security and peace of mind all visiting Milecastle Housing staff wear appropriate uniforms and carry official identification with them during home visits.

To ensure that the repairs service operates efficiently, your repair will be assesed and categorised as follows:

Emergency repairs: Opens in a new window attended to within 24hrs to make safe and secure, click on the link for further informaion

Urgent repairs Opens in a new window: to be completed within 7 calendar days, click on the link for further information

Routine repairs: to be completed within 28 calendar days
