Northumberland Home finder - A new way to find a home to rent in Northumberland

Castle Morpeth Housing is pleased to announce the launch of Northumberland Homefinder. This is a new approach to finding a home in Northumberland. It gives customers more control by expressing an interest, or "biding" for a home of their choice.

If you have already registered your application with Northumberland Homefinder and have received a letter confirming your application number and password, you can bid for properties and will be eligible for using the Northumberland Homefinder website. Opens in a new window

If you or a member of your household has health or disability problems which affect you living in your current home, please also complete a medical assessment form Opens in a new window and submit it with your Homefinder application form. The Northumberland Homefinder scheme has made it easier for you to apply to rent a home. You only need to complete one application form for the majority of affordable housing in the Northumberland region.
