Paying Your Rent

Castle Morpeth Housing want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent, therefore we offer many different ways of paying:

• AllPay - at outlets with the Paypoint logo if you would like more information on Paypoint locations in your area click on the hyperlink "Paypoint locator" Opens in a new window
• At the post office
• Debit card by telephone - Telephone number 0844 5578321(please have your AllPay card with you as you will need the account number). For general enquiries call 0844 2255729.
• Bank or building society - Standing Order
• Direct Debit
• Direct payments of housing benefit
• By cheque (made payable to Castle Morpeth Housing)

If for any reason you are unable to make a rent payment, please let us know as soon as possible on 0845 117 0020. We are here to help the sooner we know about your situation the better.
