Updates - Becoming Isos Housing Limited

Isos has announced plans to merge its operating companies, Castle Morpeth Housing, NomadE5 and Milecastle under the one title of Isos Housing Limited.

We believe that this change is the best way for the Isos Group to move forward and improve the services we provide to benefit all our tenants. We will be saving around £500,000 per year, which we will reinvest into improving tenant services and the maintenance of the homes we provide.

Isos already owns and manages the three operational companies, so we believe bringing them together as one is the obvious next step in our development. We aim to have the 'new' Isos operational by April 2011.

However, despite this significant organisational change, most Isos services will continue to be delivered in exactly the same way, by the same people, and from the same office locations in Newcastle, Hexham and Morpeth.

We are also using this opportunity to create better ways to engage tenants and allow them to play a greater part in local decision-making.
