Reporting Incidences of Anti-Social Behaviour

Our main objective is to ensure that we respond to any form of anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood nuisance quickly and effectively and resolve such situations as quickly as possible.

Castle Morpeth Housing will seek to encourage the reporting of incidents by offering a range of ways which incidents can be reported, including out of hours reporting (24 hours messaging service available only).

Complaints can be made by a number of methods:

  • In person to a housing officer
  • By telephone on 0845 1170020. Office hours are: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 8.30am - 3.00pm Wednesday; and 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday. Outside of office hours, your call will be diverted to our emergency service provider.
